Attire: Players are required to wear collared shirts and shorts/pants.

Event Sponsorships: We encourage you to look at our sponsorship packages. 

Parking: Parking fees are included in your registration.

Refund Policy: In the event that you purchase a player spot and cannot attend the tournament, you may request a refund up until two weeks prior to the day of the tournament. After Friday, April 26, 2024, NO refunds for player spots will be given. 
Refunds on sponsorship packages will be given up to one week after purchase.  After one week after purchase NO refunds will be given.

Weather: Should severe weather or other circumstances beyond the control of the golf course result in closure of the facility on or during the tournament group's scheduled day of play, the following procedure is agreed to. Nine holes played by all participants constitutes a completed golf tournament.  If the golf course General Manager cancels the tournament because of weather conditions before nine holes are completed, the tournament will be rescheduled.  Closure of the facility is at golf course's sole discretion.
